What data do we collect?

Through our appointment request form, we only collect the information you voluntarily give us so that we can get back to you: your first and last name, your phone number and, if you wish, your email address. The website does not use any tracking or audience-measurement tools.

Why do we use this data?

Solely to call or write back to you to arrange an appointment. No health data is requested or processed here.

Sharing of data and hosting

Your contact details are never passed on to third parties. The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., in the United States: requests sent through the form are received and stored by Netlify, then forwarded by email to the relevant practice. As with any website, the host may also process technical connection data (such as your IP address) to keep the website running and secure.

How long do we keep your data?

Your information is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for no more than 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a patient of the practice. Requests stored with our host are deleted regularly.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this website.
